LION WITH CUBS in SERENGETI NATIONAL PARK, TANZANIA

Lion is the king of the jungle, in local language is called "Simba". Here in Serengeti National Park in Tanzania you can experience to see Lions with Cubs enjoying the nature. Serengeti National Park is the one of the famous park in Africa which is located in northern of Tanzania, with the size of 15,000 square kilometers. It`s famous known for it massive annual migration of animals like wildebeest accompanied with zebra and smaller group of impala looking for new pasture by moving from one area to another hence there are so many Lion in this park because of higher availability of food. 

                         

Lion can grow up to between 9 to 10 feet long (3meter) from the head to tail with the tail being about 2 to 3 feet long and their weight between 150 to 250 kilogram. They like to hunt large animals such as zebras, antelopes, hogs, hippos, rhinos and wildebeest, since they are not scared of any animal in the National Park so they can hunt even at middle of the night were most of the animals are sleeping.
